Influencer Approval Tool is a self-hosted influencer content approval tool for agencies and in-house brand teams that run creator programs. It replaces the email, shared-folder and spreadsheet review loop, or the approval and tracking parts of an influencer platform subscription such as GRIN or Aspire: once it runs, every creator works from one private portal link, your ClickUp statuses trigger the emails and Slack updates, and post metrics fill in on their own.
- A creator management portal for agencies: each creator gets a private link to upload drafts per channel, add captions and publish dates, submit live post URLs and send invoices, with no account to create.
- Agency QC with timestamped video comments and per-channel approve or revise, plus an optional client sign-off round on a no-login review link, with your moderation before notes reach the creator.
- Instagram, TikTok and YouTube post tracking through Apify and the YouTube Data API on a decaying schedule, feeding a dashboard of reach, engagement rate, spend and cost per 1K views by creator, platform and campaign.
- ClickUp stays your roster: moving a task to a status creates the portal, sends the kickoff email, posts to Slack and builds per-channel UTM links.
- White-label with your own brand and agency name, with nightly database backups to Cloudflare R2.
