Single-Organization License

The deal in one line: buy once, get the full source, use it inside one organization forever. Don't redistribute it.

The grant

When you purchase a tool, the creator grants your organization a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, run, and modify the exact reviewed version delivered to you, plus any updates the creator publishes to it.

“Your organization” means the single legal entity that purchased the license, its employees, and contractors doing work on its behalf. It does not extend to parent companies, subsidiaries, or clients as separate organizations; each organization needs its own license.

What you can do

Run the tool for internal work, including work performed for your clients. Deliver the outputs of the tool (reports, files, deployments configured for a client) as part of your services. Modify the source however you like for your organization's use. Keep backups.

What you cannot do

Resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, or give away the source code, in original or modified form. Publish it, open-source it, or list it on this or any other marketplace. Share the source outside your organization. Remove or alter license notices or license keys.

Ownership

The creator keeps all intellectual property in the tool. Your purchase is a license to a copy, not a transfer of the codebase. Modifications you make may be used within the scope of this license; they do not give you ownership of the underlying work.

License keys, delivery records, and enforcement

Each purchase issues a license key, and every delivery of the source is recorded (who, which version, when, from where). These records exist to protect creators and honest buyers: they are the evidence used in refund abuse and redistribution cases.

Violating this license terminates it immediately. We may revoke access, and the creator and the marketplace reserve all legal remedies against redistribution or resale.

Refunds and revocation

Because source code cannot be returned, a refund or chargeback terminates the license: access is revoked and you must delete all copies. See the Refund Policy for the make-it-right window.

Warranty

Every version is run, scanned, and frozen before listing. Beyond the make-it-right window described in the Refund Policy, tools are provided as-is, and the creator and the marketplace disclaim implied warranties to the extent the law allows.
