Privacy
We collect what the marketplace needs to work and defend licenses. Nothing is sold, ever.
What we collect
Account details (email, name), order history, and license records. Delivery logs for each download: which version, when, IP address, and browser signature; these are core to license enforcement and dispute evidence. Product analytics (page views, feature usage) to improve the marketplace.
Where it's processed
Supabase (database, authentication, file storage), Stripe (payments, payouts, identity verification for creators), Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional email), and PostHog (analytics). Each processes data only to provide their service to us.
What we don't do
We don't sell personal data, run third-party ads, or share your information beyond the processors above and what the law requires.
Retention
Transaction, license, and delivery records are retained for as long as licensing enforcement and financial regulations require, even after account deletion. Analytics data is retained in aggregate.
Your rights
Contact us to access or correct your data, or to delete your account (subject to the retention above). A dedicated privacy contact will be published with the operating entity details before launch.
