Account details (email, name), order history, and license records. Delivery logs for each download: which version, when, IP address, and browser signature; these are core to license enforcement and dispute evidence. Product analytics (page views, feature usage) to improve the marketplace.

Messages, attachments, offers, milestones, deliveries, dispute evidence and reviews are stored so both sides have a record of the work and so disputes can be decided on facts. Automated rules check every message for contact details before a contract and for attempts to move payment off the platform; matches are kept as flags for staff review. Staff open a thread only when a message is flagged or reported, when a dispute is opened, or when a contract ends shortly after a flagged message.

Contract and payment records are retained as long as the contract, tax and dispute rules require. Warnings and holds placed on an account are recorded with the reason and can be reviewed on request.

Supabase (database, authentication, file storage), Stripe (payments, payouts, identity verification for creators), Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional email), and PostHog (analytics). Each processes data only to provide their service to us.

We don't sell personal data, run third-party ads, or share your information beyond the processors above and what the law requires.

Transaction, license, and delivery records are retained for as long as licensing enforcement and financial regulations require, even after account deletion. Analytics data is retained in aggregate.
