Refund Policy
Source code can't be returned, so all sales are final, with one honest exception: if it doesn't run as described, we make it right.
All sales final
Once the source is delivered, it cannot be un-delivered. For that reason, purchases are final and non-refundable, and every delivery is recorded against your license.
The make-it-right window
If a tool does not run as described on its listing, open a claim within 7 days of purchase. We mediate between you and the creator: the usual outcome is a fix from the creator; where a fix isn't possible, we refund the purchase and revoke the license (access ends, and all copies must be deleted).
Claims are for “it doesn't work as described,” not “I changed my mind”; the delivery and download records are considered in every claim.
How to open a claim
From your account, reply to your purchase receipt or contact support with the tool name, what you expected, what happened, and any error output. Claims are read by humans.
Chargebacks
Disputing a charge instead of opening a claim triggers our evidence process: the license acceptance record and delivery log for your purchase are submitted to the card networks. Chargebacks on delivered code with an intact download trail are treated as license violations.
Duplicates
The checkout blocks buying a tool your organization already owns. If a duplicate purchase somehow occurs, we refund it, no questions asked.
